Consultant

Consultants are responsible for supporting the senior project management team in managing segments of multiple client engagements. They serve as competent and effective members of client delivery projects. They apply strong consulting, project management and functional skills in the execution of their tasks.

• Understanding, analyzing and articulating common business processes and decisions

• Interviewing key client personnel, documenting findings and analyzing results

• Understanding and articulating the major processes within a business

• Organizing, documenting and presenting information logically

• Gathering, interpreting and manipulating data in support of assessments

• Developing client-ready presentation and deliverables (e.g. business flows, business process descriptions)

• 3-5 years related consulting or industry experience

• Excellent analytical ability

• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner

• Ability to effectively operate independently or in a team environment

• Outstanding MS Office and data modeling skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Undergraduate degree - business or economics preferred

• Prior consulting and/or industry experience a plus
